Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 working days. Once dispatched, please allow 4–5 days for delivery, depending on your location and pin code.

If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a re-shipment.


Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request for exchange must be made within 2–3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be sent back to us and pass our quality check:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • Tags intact

    • No perfume or stains

    • No signs of wear or damage

Customers may either:

  • Pay ₹120 towards reverse shipping charges, or

  • Ship the product themselves to our warehouse.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the case of damaged products and will be processed via store credit.
